Is everything okay? It comes out to about 1520 on newegg, paying almost 200 for shipping and tax 🙁

You might want to compare prices over at ZipZoomFly they have free 2nd FedEx shipping and you might save on some of your items.

I lost out on shipping with Newegg before I found out about ZZF and they were cheaper on some of the components.

Looks very good, but I have a few comments.
If you plan to game alot (guessing you do looking at your VC), then think about getting 2x1GB RAM now.
Go with the MX-518 vice the 510.
Does that MB have the onboard Creative sound? If not, you might want to get a good sound card to use with those speakers. Those speakers are overkill IMO for regular on-board sound.

Everything else looks god to me. 🙂
