I have officially took the plunge and went with the asus rampage v and the Intel 5960x with 16gb of corsair dominator platinum 2800mhz ram. I did some research and i just can't settle for less. I want the best. I was considering getting the ASUS X99e ws:

The ASUS rampage v seems to be the best bet I think. One of the reason why i dont like the X99e WS mobo is I cant see any PCIe on/off switches like the rampage v has. And I know that the rampage pry has a lot more users therefore a lot more support.
At the same time the WS mobo is calling my name and i still want that one. Mainly because of the PLX chips. And it just seems to be made with very high quality components. Does anyone know how the audio is on the X99e ws vs. the audio on the rampage v??
Im in need of some advice... I just got an AMD set up about 3 months ago and Newegg is letting me return the 9590, the ASUS crosshair v formula z motherboard, and 32gb of g-skill 2400mhz RAM. I have had nothing but problems with AMD. I seriously dont know why i went that route, but live and learn i guess. Any advice would be good. Im pretty dead set on the 5960x though.
