Ordering from newegg with a different shipping address?

Yes. You have to do one of the following:

1. Have your credit card company add your shipping address to your account. (Many won't do this)
2. Fax Newegg a signed letter authorizing shipping to an alternate address. You must also fax a copy of your drivers license and front and back of your credit card.

MWave's policy is identical.

The nice thing is they well keep your fax on file so future orders don't have to go through this process unless you use a different shipping address.
