Ordering Checks on the Internet?

I write 1-2 checks a month, tops, so my box from 2 years ago is nearly gone. Therefore, I need some new checks.

I could just go through my credit union, but thought maybe some of you know some safe, secure sources on the internet. I always get those ads for checks in mass snail mailings, so I could check those, but thought I would ask OT'rs.

...one that allows you to use your own pictures (could use my new baby's mug) would be really cool.

Costco's cheap for check printing. There are some others that've been around for many years that put out snail mail ads/newspaper inserts. The ones that've been around forever are as safe as your bank, generally speaking.

I didn't know Costco did checks, thanks! I'll look into that. Do they have a 'custom photo' feature? I would like to get the bambino on the checks for the wife...

i used walmartchecks for both me and my mom. They came in less than a week (I think her came like 2 days after ordering).

Thanks for the Wal-Mart leads, guys. They offer photo checks there, so I can upload a picture of the bambino and create some custom checks...just what the doctor ordered.

My thumb's doing OK. It's a bitch trying to write or grasp things though. I'll take the stitches out probably Friday or Saturday.

Costco is the cheapest. I forget how much, but its cheap.
When you run out of the checks, don't order from the form included with the checks.. its about double the price of going back online with Costco and ordering your next set again. Must be some deal with whoever does their checks...
