total comes out to just shy of $1450. What do you guys think? Mind you this is for my grandpa, who already made an agreement with me to let me take some parts out and swap em with my old parts from my computer.
I plan on giving him my P4 1.6A oc'd to 2.4 ghz, my 512mb of pc 2700 ram, my 40 gb ibm hdd, and my sblive, and my BEIGE TDK 48X burner, and my ENERMAX case, in exchange for the above parts. Regardless he's still gettin a bombass computer and he aint gonna need half this stuff so I dont really see a problem in it and neither does he. He has $1500 he needs to spend so he let me use it all up. I think he's really gonna love the new computer I'm settin up for him, especially the beautiful sony 19" monitor.
