Any advice?
I don't think I'd be able to use ExpressVu because of a building blocking my line of sight.
How about look wireless?
Or how about something else?
P.S. I'm also wondering about Look.ca wireless internet, but I dunno if it interferes with 802.11b signals. Plus I've heard it's glitchy and the ping times are lousy (not that I game at all anymore).
EDIT:
I just ordered digital TV from Look.ca. I may be taking a chance, since monetarily they ain't in the best of shape, but the deal is I get wireless microwave-based digital TV with all the main speciality channels for CAD$31 (US$20) a month (plus installation and the receiver).
Whaddya think? I'm in direct line of sight of the transmission tower. The thing I liked was the 6" dish, and low monthly costs. Quality is supposed to be stellar, but there is no Dolby Digital 5.1 option or HiDef option. One thing that people have said is that it's not as susceptible to glitchy signals during bad weather when compared to satellite TV.
