Ordered some stuff from BEBE. First time around they sent the wrong thing, but it showed on the receipt. Therefore, I can return it.
2nd time around they charged me $130 for jeans and they never sent me the jeans. Therefore, I cannot return the $130 jeans because they never shipped it to me!
I called BEBE and they are giving me a hard time trying to refund me the money. Since this is the 2nd call they think I am B.Sn them. Now I have to wait for a manager to call me. It is his words versus mine. If he says he packed it they will not refund me the money. A-holes.
I used AMEX Blue. Anyone have any experience with them with issues like this?
