Ordered stuff from BEBE

Ordered some stuff from BEBE. First time around they sent the wrong thing, but it showed on the receipt. Therefore, I can return it.

2nd time around they charged me $130 for jeans and they never sent me the jeans. Therefore, I cannot return the $130 jeans because they never shipped it to me!

I called BEBE and they are giving me a hard time trying to refund me the money. Since this is the 2nd call they think I am B.Sn them. Now I have to wait for a manager to call me. It is his words versus mine. If he says he packed it they will not refund me the money. A-holes.

I used AMEX Blue. Anyone have any experience with them with issues like this?

Does he have a shipping number? If not, you'll win it with Amex.

American Express is really good about these things and so I highly doubt you'll have an issue getting your money back.

AMEX is awesome. They will get your back if it doesn't work out with BEBE.

I ordered $285 worth of stuff and I signed for it.

However, they messed up my order again. They sent me some shirt worth $70 that is not even on the receipt and totally forgot to send me the $130 jeans.

It's my word versus the store manager's word.
