My quest is over. thanks for any who helped. I went ahead and jumped on the newegg deal for 459.00. I ordered the EVGA 6800Ultra. I figured since i dont need the game load, and i have every cable known to man already, i might as well get the card that has the best speed. Rather than get a 6800GT and hope, i went ahead and got the ultra. So if it clocks to extreme speeds, im happy, if it doesnt, i still got 400/1100 for a great price. All the ultras from EVGA seem to be doing 450/1200 with no issues, and i have a nice case with awesome cooling going through it, so heat wont be an issue. I also have the Gigabyte Rocket Cooler Pro, which sends air straight onto my RAM and top of the VGA.

Im excited, now the hard part.....waiting until thursday for it to arrive...lol.

What i'll need now is someone to tell me or point me to where i can find out what the best drivers to use with this 6800 Ultra and the rig in my sig.

XP Pro with SP2 if it matters
