I ordered 3 parts on monday evening. I also selected rush order.. still havent recieved e-mail stating the fedex shipping code. Is this bad or should I wait another day?

I ordered a WD 80G HDD on 12/14 and received it on 12/16

standard ship, NO rush process

Got emails right away too.

Go to Newegg & log in & check your order status.

Just click "My Account" at the top of the page.
After login look under "My Account" for "Order Status".

did you get any correspondance from them at all? It is very unusual to be left wondering when ordering from newegg.

I'm with Insidious, It is VERY weird that you haven't gotten email updates. I usually get an email at time of order, and another when they ship and a third with my "invoice".
But then again, i often get my tracking# email and my invoice email later in the day my item arrived.

Check your order status at newegg. Thier status page is updated faster than emails going out.

I ordered some TCCD ram on the 14th and never got any shipping info from them by email. I can however log on the site and find a tracking number. Shipping is pretty slow, as I wont be getting the ram till Monday.

Heh, heres a good one. Got my ram two days ago, and this morning New Egg sends me a confirmation of order email with tracking number.. LOL

Log in to your account at Newegg and click on Order Status. Maybe the e-mail was lost somewhere in the Internet.

NewEgg canceled the 5 DVD-Rs that accompanied my NEC 3500A and gave no alternative or anything. Happen to any one else? Any options?
