Ordered a case from Newegg, arrived damaged :(

I ordered a case from Newegg this past Saturday, and it arrived today (3rd FedEx delivery attempt).

Unfortunately, the front part of the case has snapped, and I guess this means I need to contact FedEx and file a claim.

The case only cost $30, should I return it (I guess it takes a week to process claims, and then more time for delivery) or should I just suck it up and glue the case back together?

Has anyone had experience with damaged items from Newegg/Fedex before, what did you do and how did they handle it?

call newegg before they close they will contact FEDEX and get you a new case on its way. good luck!

Thanks Pete... I just called NewEgg, who told me I need a "control number" from FedEx before they can do anything. So FedEx is going to pick up the package today between 3:30-5:30pm, inspect, and I guess after I get the control number I can call NewEgg and get the new case shipment started. Hopefully it won't take too long, one needs a case to finish building a computer... :D
