Call 'em direct or call 'em collect ...

but call 'em today!

The official NFL Philadelphia Eagles Michael Vick Replica Team Color Jersey has hit the streets but will certainly be out sold by the Philadelphia Eagles Custom Dog Jersey for the low, low price of $39.99.

This durable pet jersey is decorated in the team colors and designed with the embroidered team patch on the sleeve.

Features

  • * 100% polyester micromesh construction
    * Customized name (up to 10 letters) and number (00-99) on back
    * Embroidered team logo patch on the sleeve
    * Stylish and comfort-fitted v-neck cut
    * Decorated in the team colors
    * Officially licensed
    * Made in USA

Add a personalized name (up to 10 letters)! My suggestions:

"M Vick Sucks"

"Dog Killer"

"Crime Time"

"Bite Me Vick"

Heh... :laugh:

Philly fans are notoriously ruthless. They are going to have a field day with this Vick signing.

Though, I don't think the NFL Shop will allow any of your suggestions. I remember a few years ago when the whole Mike Vick/Ron Mexico scandal was revealed, the NFL Shop prohibited folks from buying custom Mike Vick #7 Atlanta Falcons jerseys with "Mexico" printed on the back.

Vick Will Make Eagles Debut On Thursday

Vick was released from federal custody July 20 after serving 18 months of a 23-month sentence for his role in running a dogfighting operation. He signed a one-year, $1.6 million contract with the Eagles, who hold a $5.2 million option for a second season.

Vick is due to appear at a bankruptcy court hearing in Newport News, Va., on Thursday morning and will fly back to Philadelphia for the game against the Jaguars.

I do anticipate a substantial degree of 'blowback' from fans around the league partially based upon those Philly fans ... "being so mean as to boo Santa Claus" - LOL

And yep - small chance of suggestive names getting past them. I might give it a try or creatively engineer 'Prime Time' to 'Crime Time'.

The Eagles open the season at the Panthers. I'm not a big fan but may consider an investment for some of my buds.

Might come in handy if (?) playoff tickets become available :D

Meh, he did the crime and served his time. Let it go.

This. He's a great player let him play.

NFL = National Felons League ?

If Lawrence Taylor can get 4 'lifetime bans' and still play, why not Mike Vick, huh?

He's not that great and should have been banned for life.

I'm not a PETA member, but Vick is a piece of shit.

They should be/should have been gone too. The NFL needs to take a hard line on all of this bs behavior. You get convicted of a felony, you're done.

Ray Lewis didn't stab anyone

Stallworth hit a guy that ran out in traffic

Vick was a long term financier of gambling and drug rings

As far as I'm concerned, Vick can do what he wants. He did something terrible, and he can't undo it so he paid the consequences. We as a society can't ask for more.

With that out of the way, the NFL should probably have harder lines. Players are role models for children.

Can we return him if he hasn't played a game yet?

Well, when they come to play my Skins, I think we should have "Bows and Arrows Day"... because, you know, "Redskins" were indians and all.

to be somewhat fair to vick, 1) he did his time, 2) he lost TONS of money not just from the NFL, but also from any sponsorships he had (i wouldn't be surprised if that hurt him more than the others).

he did his time, now let him play again.
