Order some hardware from me, I'm bored.

NCIX has stores here. I have to pay tax even if I order from NCIX online.

The tax you pay though depends on the province you are in. For example ordering from Saskatchewan online you avoid paying the Sask PST. But I don't think there is any benefit to you guys in ONT.

15TB, umm yeah that's a RAID array. You are booting directly to a 15TB RAID array? Is this RAID 5? Usually I'd recomend booting to a small fast OS drive, not directly to a 15TB array.

Trust me, 15 TB of SSD's in RAID10 is a fast OS drive.

Outrageous? They are only a little bit higher than US prices on average. Have an example of what you mean? Electronics prices in general are a little high in Canada but not all that much, here especially.

We have a girl working here who I wouldn't mind taking to the back room for an hour or two :p But yeah fap back there? Not with the 50+ year old Chinese grandma stock keeper back there. D:

Hey...that 50 Y.O. Chinese grandmother needs loving too...

here's an example of what I mean:

http://ncix.ca/products/?sku=47090&vpn=NH-D14&manufacture=Noctua

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835608018

if you'll notice...they are priced the same...(not accounting for the currency difference)

Where's the incentive to buy from Canuckistan? (not to mention shipping and duties)

:p

Yeah but 50Y.O. gannies got to pay! And I don't think she has enough mone even if she liquidated all her belongings to meet my fee for here. D:

As for the price, umm yeah that's hardly the definition of outrageous. And yeah there is little incentive for you Yanks to buy, that's why we sell mostly to us other Canuckistaners. Though I hear rumor that we are planning on opening something down south at some point. And if I liked you I could go as low as $49.99 on that :p Though management wouldn't like it. :sneaky:

Get wasted maybe?

I've thought of going to Vegas for a few days.

Crack open some old math texts and brush up!!

That's never a bad plan. I forget -- are you one of the ATOT members that are staunchly opposed to drinking? I'm guessing you're not, but, getting wasted in Vegas is definitely a great idea.

What about after a potential Vegas trip? Starting a new job or anything?

How do you pronounce that, UEFI? Yuffy?

How did you pronounce EFI? No matter if it meant Extensible Firmware Interface or Electronic Fuel Injection... "Eee Ef Eye." Duh.

I'm growing to accept SATA, but no one pronounces ATA/UATA before (it was used almost interchangably with UDMA).

When there is a physical store presence, the sales tax is collected.

Lol no not anti alcohol.

Yeah I'll probably look for some really easy boring part time job. Something with negative stress (don't want to exacerbate my depression and anxiety).

I'd like 2 hookers and a pound of blow.

Rookie! Totally wrong ratio, you need more hookers and less blow. Try 6-8 hookers and half a pound of blow.

As for myself, can you give me a price quote on a railgun capable of launching a small car about 15 miles? I have an idea for a can't miss new business.
