Order of installation for SP2 and video drivers

I have heard that the order that one installs drivers and the like affect gming times, performance, and load times.
Would it be:
install XP (SP1)
somehow transfer SP2 to computer
install chipset drivers (I have an Nforce 4 SLI Deluxe)
install video crd driver (from CD) (Evga 6600GT PCI-e
install ethernet card (yuklon gigbyte that came with Nforce 4 SLI mobo)
install sound driver (Real AC'97 from Nforce 4 SLI mobo CD)

I think that is approixmately, or from what I heard. Is this right?
