I think I ordered the backplate for my motherboard/heatsink there...not that I would have much cared if they screwed me out of $4 , but they shipped the product quickly...

I have ordered about $250 in items from them. mostly WC stuff spread across 4 orders. They have been flawless, shipping the same day each time *I always order early PST*. I even had an RMA with them, my fault ordered a block I decided not to use. Again they were very prompt in the email response. I had my paypal refund for the part 24 hours after they received the return.
