ORDB returning false positives

If anyone manages a mail server, be sure to remove ORDB from your spam blacklists. It's been down for over a year now and it's now returning false positives (so your email may be cut off). Happened on one of our servers this morning, we recently changed server admins so had no idea that ORDB was still active as a blacklist on the server.
