OrCAD PSPICE anyone?

Anyone know how to design a standard DC-DC boost converter in PSPICE? I can do the hand analysis, but I need to replace the ideal switch with an IGBT and not sure how that works. I've got the rest of the circuit modeled. This shouldn't be a big problem for someone who knows what they're doing, can anyone help?

For what it's worth, here's my design:

Vin- 244.8V
Vout - 650 V
Po - 30 kW
C - 89 uF
L - 6.2 uH
f - 100 kHz
Duty cycle - 0.623

My goal is to find the efficiency at approx 50°C, so we can design proper heat transfer for our circuit. This is for a 500-level EE course.

Thanks,
Jim
