OrbLive for iPhone/Touch now available in App Store

I've long been an aficionado of Orb's service, I remember posting about Orb in Hot Deals years ago when the service first moved from a pay to free model.

I was very disappointed when I got my iPhone to find that video and Live TV streaming didn't work with it...but they've finally released an app to the App Store that does! It's $10, but there is a free trial version. I've tested out the free version, and it limits you to 3 items from each media category, however, if you know what you're looking for in your library, you can search for it and load it up. Performance seems to be great over WiFi & 3G. I've yet to test the Live TV support as I don't have my TV tuner hooked up currently.

I need to go get the tv tuner out of the pc I gave my mom.

Anyone with satellite get this to work?

If you can find stream live media i.e. Bloomberg, CNN, ABC, etc..., then it works great.

A little depressed that they don't have a OS X version of Orb available.. but hopefully that'll come soon.
