I don't understand. Would you not first have to repeal or rescind or erase or whatever the terminology would be, the 22nd amendment?
Otherwise this one would be redundant, as it's already disallowed to be elected more than twice, which means adding a further amendment saying someone can't be elected more than three times would serve no purpose. Logically, "more than three times" is included in "more than twice", so this doesn't add anything other than duplicating the existing bar on being elected more than three times.
