Orange Kid, problem wth proxy maybe?

O, I checked my stats today and think there may be a little glitch, not a big one, your stats page reckons I'm a new member, dunno why, only thing I've changed is going through your proxy for some of my clients, any ideas?

If you are talking about the January 2001 page on my stats, yes as far as the monthly stats page is concerned you are new to the Team for that month and I don't calculate any stats for that month in which you joined. The program I use to gather stats will not do that🙁 It doesn't know the exact date that you joined and how many WU's you came in with, it only knows that you didn't exist last month on the Team. Basically it compares one date to another date and gives results.

Ah... I was looking for a thread about your proxy OK so I'll just use this 😉

I started using you yesterday, and as of now have flushed to WUs through you... all my S@H WUs done with my new searching addy, I found my Q at your stats page without any problems, but how do I get my name assigned to it? It's QCB in case you wonder 😉

One more thing when does it connect to S@H and upload/download WUs? It took quite some time from I flushed it to you until I could see it at the S@H site, not that that bothers me but if it only updates at certain times it would be nice to know when 😉

If your client connecting to the SetiQueue knows your name, then the Q on the server should automatically pick it up...

Also, OK's Q is set to flush between 1am and 5am Central Time...

1am - 5am CST? Translate into GMT or something for a poor european guy?!? I have NO idea what those are :frown:

I've upgraded the Q to beta1H and changed the default time to connect.

It is now set for 2am till 5am (add 6hrs for GMT)

I do flush it manually occasionally also so there will be less loss if it should crash.(it is a beta after all)

As far as setting names and such to the Q's, Seti Queue does this all automatically and at this point I know of know way to do it manually.
The TeamSetiQ .html pages are generated automatically also from the .exe so there is no editing those either at this point.

I'll just make it a regular thing to flush once a day then I guess since I don't have access to my fleet (just one machine for now) while I'm at work (I'm at GMT+1)
