Move the ads by the top navbar, makes you're site look like a place holder IMO.

green for the post title's is kinda repulsive.

kill the affiliate links if possible.

not a big fan of your logo either.

as for content, it looks like your doing a flash games thing, that's been done a billion times, i'd just drop it.
