Orange Bowl Thread: Anyone notice all the halftime performers are lip syncing?

I wasn't watching it, but it could be that the camera and mic aren't synchronized. That's not too uncommon with live TV.

They have to lip sync at those type of events.. the acoustics of the stadium and the delay of the speaker systems, etc, don't lend themselves to live performances.. Would you rather have it that they are singing & dancing 5 seconds ahead of the sound you hear in the stadium?
