If the punctuation is not part of the quote, commas and periods go inside; colons, semicolons, dashes, question marks, and exclaimation points go outside. If a question mark or exclaimation point is part of the quote, it goes inside.

example2: you'r text "quotes text"quote in quote text.".".

If the quote includes the mark, it stays inside only. If the quote is not a complete sentence, it goes outside.

*1) punctuation of quote (orignal text : "quote . " )
*2) end of quote
*3) you'r punctuation (end of you'r sentence)
