They showed this thing off at CES - while I am not there, I remember the first OQO units were nothing short of remarkable for their size. Underpowered of course, but still.
This thing serves to impress.
Sure it's a bit on the big side to be a phone, but imagine the full functionality of a Vista-based tablet PC, along with WWAN options, a built in mic and speaker, bluetooth support. Add WWAN data, install Skype or Gizmo and you have one hell of a portable device right there, and frankly not too terribly expensive for what it is (my opinion).
