i have my 148 @ 2.4 ghz my settings are

HTT:219
Multiplier:x11

comes out to 2409mhz but it resets its self after every reboot. its stable for at least 20 hours i have only run prime 95 for 20 hours anything else i need to do to stop it from resetting?
 
Other Specs since the CPU isn't whats doing the OCing -_-.

What mobo and RAM? Happened to me on my DFI SLI INF with OCZ PC4000 EB Platinum
What worked? Oced 1 FSB and saved, reset, then no problem whatever OC I used O_O
