Opty dual core steppings

Ok, the general consensus for single cores is the following in order of OC goodness...
1. CABNE 05xx (excluding 0540)
2. CABYE 0540
3, CABNE 0540 / CABYE 05xx (excluding 0540)
4. CAB2E 05xx
5. CABGE 05xx
(there are other steppings out now but not much data on them)

Is there a similar list for the dual cores?

Bueller? Bueller? I got my new Opty 175 CCBWE 0546SPMW. I can't find any info on this stepping. Anyone know how good it is?

CCBWE 0541 here. No OC on this one yet (its coming...), but most of the scrounging I've done has shown that this particular week hits about 2.6Ghz with moderate airflow, and about 1.45 VCore.

Ugh...I could only get 2655 on that stepping

what about week 0534? i have access to one of those, if the 0541 is really that bad.

That is supposed to be a very good stepping! You might have better luck on the 0541 than I did but I have seen other posts regarding this stepping and none have been shining.

i got this stepping on my opty165. anyone else get this stepping. its actually quite nice, not bad of an overclocker.

right now i am running at 2.25ghz on 1.3vcore(250fsb). runs at 47 full load on a zalman 7700.
havent really tried to take it any higher without increasing voltage. was able to take it to 2.48ghz but prime would fail immediately on core 0 and 20 mins on core 1, need more voltage i think.

Opteron 170 - ccbwe 0541rpmw, with 2x1Gb Corsair 3500LL (2.5-3-3-7 @1T)
stability verified at 250 MHz 'FSB', CPU/01 divider (1:1), using 10x multi for 2.50 GHz - 12 hours of prime95 (x2) and memtest86+ stable, in each case. VCore 1.425; VDimm2.75
CPU temp max at 46C - aircooled

Since I've achived my "target overclock", I'm now working on two things: 1) lowering voltages and verifying its still stable - down to 1.40 VCore as I type. 2) Further tighten RAM timings to
2.5-3-2-6 at 1T, and see if it will run stable at 2.7V. Hoping to shave a degree off temps in process (given the meager 4-7 watt difference, I doubt I'll get the degre, but...)
