Opty 144 + memory timings

Ok guys i am getting opty 144 tomorrow. Atm i have my memory timings at 2.3.2.6 on skt A board. Now am i right in saying that when overclocking memory you want a higher TRAS timing for stability. I am looking for 2.9gig out oy my cpu - anyone can just quickly post me their memory timings, memory fsb, HTT, and cpu speed quickly so i have something to work to. Thanks guys
 
its hard to post mem timings when we don't even know what type of memory you have

ok sorry excuse the noob. I have Kinston Value Ram - 2x 512 3200. Current timings:

FSB:Ram 1:1
Cas: 2
Ras to Cas: 3
Ras Pre : 3
Tras : 6

Stock timings are 2.5 - 3 - 3 - 8
