Question Optiplex 5040 + 3060ti

I already have a 750W psu sitting around, and a 3060ti I took out of a System I was using. If I upgrade the PSU in the Optiplex 5040 MT will it work with that card?
 
Like a 6th Gen and DDR3 5040MT?

It doesn't use a standard ATX power connector, so you'll need an adapter to upgrade the PSU. You'd probably need a new case too, you probably couldn't physically fit the PSU or GPU in that case.
Electrically there's no reason a 3060Ti wouldn't work with the 5040, though it's kind of a waste.
