Options for win2k vivo/capture, blah

I currently have an ATI TV-Wonder, and need something new since the drivers for it do not support capture in win2k. I want to be able to have a tivo-like setup so I can record TV shows when I'm not around. I'm thinking of a Radeon AIW, since I have a crappy Diamond Stealth vid card now, but that's kind of pricey. I don't do much hard core gaming, although I would like to do some video editing. I would also need a card with video out as well as video in. Current system:

T-Bird 900
256 MB ram
45 GB storage.

I've also been hearing good things about the hauppage capture cards in win2k. Anyone want to point me in some direction?

Wow I wasn't aware that the capture was only partialy supported in win2k! Good thing I didn't get the Radeon 64 ES and TV Wonder I had considered, I went to the ATI product page and it says they are going to release win2k drivers that will fully implement video capture. Maybe you could wait?hehe. Anyway, I have the AIW, the TIVO features work well, uses alot of HD space for captures(I see you have 45gb). DVD's and Games actually look pretty good on my old TV(only coax in)with the TV out. I can recommend this card.
