Options for cooling 9600XT using extra PCI slot...

I am running an HTPC in an Antec Aria. Currently, in the slot next to the card, I have a quiet slot fan that came with the system. I'm thinking (especially with my new ATI HDTV Wonder) that a little more cooling might be in line. What are my options and where can I find them? I believe there was some kind of Artic Cooling thing or something like that that put a larger heatsink and I'm not sure if it sucked extra air in, or put it out...

I need something on the quiet side btw.

An arctic silencer will duct heat right out of the case. With vid cards getting hotter and hotter, it's becoming a necessity IMHO.

Putting in an Arctic ATI Silencer on my 9800Pro dropped the case temp in my HTPC (Silverstone LC03) by 3 degrees celsius.
