Options for a 14" Widescreen High Resolution Laptop (>1280x768)

Does anyone know of a laptop that has a 14in widescreen and a resolution higher than 1280x768?

The typical is 15.4 and 1680x1050, but I would love a 14" with the same resolution.

I believe my eyes will be able to handle it as I calculated the pixels per inch to be about the same as my current laptop screen 10.6" at 1280x960 (19,831 ppi)

the dell latitude d620 comes with as a $30 upgrade iirc

i think the thinkpad t60 can be configured with it as well
