Under "my forums", near the bottom, there is an "Ignored Users" section where you can add someone. It's not infallible, but it's the best we've got until the move (not sure what vBulletin offers).

Thanks I guess. It doesn't seem to work at all, but with the move coming ... soon? I'll wait and hope vb has something like it.
