Hi! I am running windows 98 2nd edition.
I was surfing warez sites and there were lots of pop-up windows, so I clicked Ok every time. I closed all the explore windows because there were so many and I opened a new window and the homepage setting was changed. I tried to change it back to yahoo.com through internet options but it wouldn't let me. It said "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system adminirator". What does this mean? How can correct the settings so that I can use the internet option menu to conveft back to the original homepage?
