Optimize Windows 7 for M500 SSD & 32GB RAM?

What is the ideal way and most optimized way to setup?

Here is the unique scenario that I have:

32GB RAM
240GB Crucial M500

I forgot about this. Windows will steal a lot of space for the swap file.

I am adding a 500GB Caviar Black for whatever the best way to set up.

Then you are in luck! Set your paging file's initial size to 1GB and set the max to something ridiculous. Best of luck.

Just make the PF small, assuming you won't need most of your 32GB yet, turn off hibernation, assuming you don't use it, and off you go.

You can assign the page file to the 500GB Caviar Black and let Windows otherwise manage it. That's what I did on mine to get it off the SSD.

If you use up enough of your 32GB to need to rely on the PF for memory, absolutely.
