optimal temperature for dual p3s

Hi,
i just put this box together and i think it runs awfully hot: w/o ocing the cpus run at 45-50C and 30-40C (the 2nd one has orb). Let me know if this is normal, because i wanna oc em bigtime.

we are running 2x 800EB 133FSB with stock hsf and the sit around 40/45 degree celcius
