Optimal fan settings? Trying to create a wind tunnel with a SX1040 case

Right now my 1ghz T-bird is running at 49C and my mobo is at 38C (as reported by Asus probe). Sometimes the computer gets hot enough to 51C / 47C that it scares me so I shut it down.

I also have a Thermaltake Super Orb and Artic Silver II on the chip.

Right now I'm trying to optimize the fan placements on my Antec SX1040. This is what I'm planning on:

Front of case:
One 5.25" Bay Cooler blowing in
2 Sunon 80mm fans blowing in

Back of case:
Power supply blowing out
2 Sunon 80mm fans blowing out

I also have a fan the size of a hard drive sandwhich'ed my Maxtor and Quantum drives hoping to just move air around to cool the hdd's down.

Theoretically I'm trying to create a sort of wind tunnel where the air flows through the font of my case to the back . . .

Sounds good, but get rid of that Orb, get a better hsf. A Alpha PAL6035 and a sunon or sanyo denki is quieter and will out perform that Orb and if you want real cooling and noise isn't a big issue for you then use the delta fan on any of the top performers. The PEP66T works good too with the delta. Or spend some real money on the Swiftech MC462.

Actually I have a FOP-32 in the mail right now. I thought about the FOP-38 but the more I use my computer the more annoyed I get by the hum.
