Optimal BIOS settings for Asus A7V

Yeah yeah, the A7V is an old board, I know. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone here has an optimal set of bios settings that I could use. I realize there are a few "bios optimization" guides out there but the settings they specify are pretty generic and not all of them apply to specific boards (like the A7V for instance). I'm using the latest 1010A BIOS.
