I was thinking Using a sata adaptor. I have done every thing possible (i know off any way). And please somone do not say do your jumpers! LOL. But yeah i followed what people say ,set your bios,Change cables. But still no work.

My sata drive works fine so conecting a Drive using Sata should work too?


Or tell me how the guy sloved his problem? thanks!!

These apdaptor things are not cheap at alll. Not for me any way!

ya needs da Plextor SATA DVD, mon

and hey mon, you canna addy a SATA optical drivey wivey unless da mobo chipset supports it rastafariaye
and not to da third party SATA controllers, ay en ay mon

The Link as in the ide cable? So getting a sata cable would help then?
