optical cordless mouse refresh rate?

Hi guys,

I am currently using a usb ball mouse.
I like the refresh rate on these babies, it's very smooth unlike the original ps2's refresh rate.
I want to know if the usb optical cordless has that refresh rate too, or is it just crappy like the ps2's.

I'm talking when you move around the curson and it moves very smoothly.
anyone with any information that can help is very appreciated.

thank you,

shingi

Buy the Logitech MX700(Cordless optical) it`s USB and radio link operates at 125 samples a sec which is USB speed, the fastest cordless mouse you can buy at the moment.

MX700 Review .

Btw you can get PS/2 refresh software that allows PS/2 to go up to 200Hz(I`ve read it will use more CPU power).

thanx guys,

I just got the mx700 and it is as good as you guys say. I love it.
thanx again for everyone who contribute the help.

Shingi I`m glad you like your MX700,I`ve to get one soon when I stop spending my money on case modding gear 😉.

Btw if you`re a gamer then you might want to consider a good gaming mouse pad to go with it, like the Ratpadz/fUnc 1030 or the Everglide Giganta/Richochet models.
