Optical Cable

I've had a 360 for a while and I want to get true surround sound for it. I know I have to get a optical cable and everything it's just that on the back of my surround sound it says Digital Optical Video In. Does my surround sound support the optical cable? Here is my surround sound. Thanks

And, as a side note, buy the cheapest optical cable u can find. Its digital. The only quality you get is the durability of the connector. If u look at monoprice.com you'll see that you can purchase 10 optical cables for the price of one monster.
