Sorry if this has been covered, however not sure what the difference is between the 2 cores. Both run @ 2.2GHz & have 2 x 1mb cache.

Which is better cpu, I'm looking to upgrade
 
The Opteron is better tested is all I have been able to determine from all the reading I have seen
