Opteron Multiplier Change

Hi 😀
Here's the scenario, I want to drop my Multiplier on my 148 Opty, from 11 to 9, for testing sake.
I am able to change it from 11 to 10 no sweat, but I just tried 11 to 9, and I got no video. Nothing a clear cmos didn't handle, but my question is; Do I need to lower the Multiplier by "1", ie; 11 to 10, go into bios/ then 10 to 9? Or... am I doing something wrong?

I'm on a K8N Neo2-f if that helps any.

Ehh, Never mind/ I didn't have everything set to defaults in bios/ changes right up/down now.
Goes to show what happens when your an Amd noobie 😀
