Opteron HE vs NON HE

Anyone have any information on how these two relate? Reviews or anything? I was wanted to know how well these overclocked one vs the other and how they compare to the Athlon series as well. Thanks!

The HE parts will default to (and can run stably at) a lower operating voltage but are otherwise the same.

Example

Model 270 = 95 watts @ 1.35v
Model 270 HE = 55 watts @ 1.15v

AMD PowerNow will reduce idle on the 270 to 1.1v and 1ghz. I don't know what the PowerNow reduction level is on the 270 HE.

Edit: Your OC is dependent upon your chipset and bios. There is little doubt (in my convoluted mind) that the HE will take the volts, but that kinda defeats the HE purpose . . .
