Opteron Cooling?

Does anyone have any information about Opteron cooling? I realize that there's a bit of a motherboard shortage and no nForce3s quite yet, but I'm interested in the possibility of using an Opteron 240 for my next processor, and haven't been able to find a thing about Opteron cooling. Does it use the same HSF mounting method as Athlon 64s? The Zalman CNPS7000 coolers are supposed to be designed to work with those. Also (lots of questions I know), can anyone confirm rumours that Opteron heat output is really only about half the amount in the technical docs?

Wait.
Unless you are using this machine as a server,, an Athlon solution of equivalent price will meet or beat it given what is currently for sale. It's around $500 for a motherboard right now!
However, I imagine they are the same, and if not by default, can be compatible. Thermaltake's Venus coolers are for Athlon64s and Opterons.
