Opteron 170 Stepping: What should I expect?

Ordered from newegg before I found out Monarch has had the best steppings as of late. Figures. Anyway, The opteron I received is CCBWE 0551UPMW. Apparently I shouldn't expect to get 3.0 ghz out of this chip, but that was not my goal anyway. However, I should still expect to be able to get at least 2.6ghz out of this stepping, right? I don't plan on any water cooling, just going to put a thermaltake big typhoon on this sucker.
