Opteron 165 with which Gskill?

Want to get Opteron 165 with 2gb ram
I have DFI Ultra-D NF4 ultra
considering this Gskill

I want to hit about 2.4-2.6ghz

willing to use ram divider......
maybe 166mhz ram divider 2.5-3-3-7 @ 2600 which is 235mhz?

is that ram good enough?
or should go for expensive gskill
 
I have the exact same setup as you and am using the first memory you linked. Currently running at 2.7ghz with no problems.

I can overclock my processor just as high with value ram as it will overclock with ddr500. That is the beauty of dividers.
