Opteron 165 Toledo core overclocking article

We tested out the 165 which has a full 1MB of L2 cache per core advantage over the 3800+ X2. It is also cheaper, and Socket 939. It is only 1.8GHz however. We put high end copper air to it for overclocking with the DFI nF4 SLI. Later today we will also have a benchmark comarison vs the X2 3800+.

that voltage is alot higher at stock than mine .. i was like at ~1.35

Mine is at 1.296 V (Lanparty sli-dr UT)

no neo2 BIOS's will not work on your motherboard, not that i am aware of

whatever you want to call it, it is the exact same as a 4400+. which is toledo core.

It does not work?, Or is it just not recognized? I'm not sure how many motherboards will actually recognize an Opteron correctly, but it still works on most.
