From what I understand this is the designation that this is used to signify whether this can be used in a single (UP) or multiple (MP) processor (not core) server. A multiple CPU server board would use an Opteron MP and a single CPU board would use an Operton UP. Correct me if I am wrong, but that is how I understand it anyway.

Where is Canada are they? I live 45 minutes from Winsdor and 30 from Sarnia. Heck I would drive to pick this up if you can.
