Opteron 165/170 and Asus A8N32 SLI Mobo

Are there are issues with an Opteron 165/170 and Asus A8N32 SLI Mobo, as I intended to go for this setup?

So far I have never seen anyone here with compatibility issues using 939 Opterons with their boards, so I will say it most likely work.
