Opteron 148 same as 146?

Is the 148 Opteron 939 the same as the 146, only clocked higher? Also what has peoples experience been with the 148 in overclocking it?

146 = 10 x 200
148 = 11 x 200

seems like they all overclock the same assuming the exact same stepping.

that's why the 146 is more popular since it's cheaper and o/c's the same.
