So, tomorrow is the first day of the semester. Due to the excitement I am unable to sleep so I did something totally random. I removed the IHS on my opty 
. It was one stressful 15 min, but in the end it was all worth it. Knocked out 10 degrees off my load temps. It's now running 3ghz on 1.536v at 40 degrees C :Q.
